The Revolution is designed to strike a balance between a walking and jogging stroller. The Revolution lets you get around the house, the neighborhood, or the market with ease thanks to an innovative wheel design that expertly handles corners, making pushing the stroller as quick and straightforward as steering a bike. The 12-inch swiveling front wheel features a ball-bearing headset, proven technology that ensures durability, reliability, and solid performance.
Additionally, the shock absorbers minimize the impact of uneven pavement or bumps on both urban streets and woodsy trails, which means you can introduce baby to the "off-road" world without sacrificing his comfort or safety. You can also lock the forward wheel for maximum stability for running and straight-ahead walking. Finally, the state-of-the-art suspension system provides for an exceptionally smooth ride.
Safe, Durable Construction
The Revolution has a tough, welded frame made of high strength aluminum alloy and durable, stain-resistant fabric that wipes clean. Ultra-padded seats recline up to 70 degrees (from vertical) and offer two seat pockets and a large seat back pocket for additional storage of toys and snacks. For added convenience and comfort, you can adjust the shock absorbers for big or small kids.
User-Friendly Design
The Revolution boasts a fast, two-step fold-up design for true stow-and-go portability. A foot-activated parking brake keeps things simple, while the five point safety harness with sternum strap ensures a secure, but not overly restrictive, strapped-in fit. This harness also meets ASTM safety standards, is padded for comfort, and is sewn into the seat fabric and connected to the frame for added safety. The padded shoulder harness offers additional comfort, and adjusts easily thanks to the red plastic pull rings.
The Revolution measures 38.8 x 19.0 inches (WxH) when folded with the wheels on and weighs 32 pounds. It is recommended for children who are at least eight weeks old. Please note that babies incapable of holding their head up must have additional head and neck support to ride safely and comfortably. For jogging or off-road stroller use, children should be at least eight months old.

UPDATE: Now owned my BOB for one year and I STILL LOVE IT!!! It's holding up fantastic, still turns on a dime, nothing broken, creaking, squeaking, ripped or faded. My kids totally beat it up (food, mud, markers) and it still looks almost brand new. I hose it off every once in a while and that does the trick. First I want you to know that I have purchased or borrowed them all!!! I am my own mini consumer reports! LOL I have spent over $1600 on bad strollers. You name it, I've bought it or tried it. I have compared: 1) Graco Duo Rider tandem 2) The Peg Perego Duette (super expensive $750 and worst stroller ever made) 3) Peg Perego Aria Twin 4)Zooper twin side by side (not sure of the name) 5) Maclaren side by side 6) Phil&Ted double jogger that has the rear kid almost touching the ground (my kids HATED that) and after kid #2 is in back there is no basket room - are we joking? 7) Graco Duo Rider side by side... 45 of 45 people found the following review helpful: By J. Strengths: - Turns on a dime - Sturdy construction - Gives each child his/her own space - Easy to fold - Large sun canopies - Improved seat recline with 2007 model Weaknesses: - Hard to get things in the under-the-seat basket - Could use more seat height - Must manually reset shock setting for higher weights after folding Summary: Overall I am very pleased with the BOB Revolution Duallie Navy Stroller (2007 model). Before making the purchase, I spent much time deciding between BOB and the less expensive Dreamer Design Ditto Manhattan Deluxe. Though I wanted to save money, I decided to go with BOB since I know and trust the brand. (We had a good experience with our first jogging stroller: a single BOB Sport Utility Stroller (SUS).) My first impression of the Revolution Duallie was favorable. It is of the same high quality as my first stroller. However, I like the... 14 of 14 people found the following review helpful: By A. I have a 2.5 year old and a 6 month old. I have been searching for a double stroller since before we had our second one. I was really torn between side-by-side or tandem. I thought for sure the Phil & Ted Vibe was going to be the perfect option for us, but that wasn't the case. My advice is to take your oldest child with you when shopping for a stroller. I sat my oldest in the Vibe and he was too tall and come to find out is not allowed in the bottom seat because he is over the weight limite (35 lbs.). Also, there was no room between the seat the footplate for him to stretch out his legs. Next we tried the Mountain Buggy. This was my first side-by-side option because it had two front wheels. Well, my oldest is 36.5 inches tall and was too tall for the seats. He could not sit back without the canopy pushing his head forward. Which is another thing. . . only one canopy. . .that's tough. Then we tried the Bob. I was nervous because the... |
