A nice stroller, easy to operate and fold. A bit heavy compared with the other strollers, but I live in CA, where I don't need to take the stroller far from my car. I think this is inferior compared to Chicco Cortina (e.g. seat not full reclining, not standing upright after fold, not all wheels suspension, quality is worse) But the Snugride car seat is lighter, and I personally found it a little easier to fold than the Chicco. However, quality is really not that great. I have to use a hammer to bang the left front wheel in, and they use a low quality plastic. Pros: - Super easy to fold (twist the handle and let the whole thing drop to the ground) - Not very expensive - Shock-absorption front wheels Cons: - BIG, and weight a ton - Cheaply made - Quality control problem 8 of 11 people found the following review helpful: By cb_colo "Christine" (Denver, CO) Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) We just received this Graco Quattro Tour Sport stroller/car seat combo yesterday. 1. In the picture it looks like the color is gray with cherry red accents. The color is NOT RED, it's actually a coppery-orange color. 2. When folded up, the stroller does not stand by itself upright, which many strollers these days do. For me #2 was not a big enough deal to return the item, but I am a little disappointed. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: By R Bace (Iowa City, IA) Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) I've been really pleased with this purchase. The car seat seems really comfortable (so much so that I finally gave in and let my colicky newborn nap in it because it was the only place he would sleep). The fabric is a really soft mesh-like material. I think it's about as lightweight as these types of car seats can be (at least my brother has commented several times how much lighter it is than his baby's car seat of another brand). The stroller is nice and sturdy. I can get it into the trunk of my Honda Civic but it takes some minor strategic planning to make it happen, and it takes up the majority of the trunk space. It pushes and steers easily. I can't comment on the forward facing stroller function since my 5-month-old hasn't yet transitioned to that. Ideally the handlebar would be adjustable since I'm 6' and my husband is 6'4"; I wouldn't say that we have to hunch over but it's just slightly uncomfortable on long walks. I really like the color... |
