Review Summary: Phil & Teds Vibe Single Buggy - Red
My wife and I are very disappointed with the Phil & Teds Vibe Single Buggy - Red. We spend so much money for this Phil & Teds Vibe Single Buggy $699 and was not able to use it. First, there is no converter to fit our Peg Perego Primo Viaggio Infant Car Seat $299. We have to spend more money and buy the Maclaren Easy Traveller Stroller, Black and Silver $75 to use it with the car seat. After one year, we finally don't need to use the car seat and we look forwarded to use the Phil & Teds Vibe Single Buggy. Now, the left back wheel of the Phil & Teds Vibe Single Buggy kept falling off. Very danger!!! We contacted Amazon. Amazon can't do anything because it was purchase through third party (Baby Because). So we contacted Phil & Teds directly about the problem. We were told to mail in the Phil & Teds Vibe Single Buggy to Phil & Teds and we are responsible for the shipping cost. Phil & Teds only cover $20. Very Very Very disappointed. The most expensive stroller and the most useless stroller. I would not recommend anyone to buy such an expensive stroller.

Review Summary: Good for city strolling - light and durable
We've used the Vibe for the past couple of months with our kids (3 year old and 7 month olds) to much success in Manhattan with its bumpy streets. The stroller handles well, especially on the curbs given the large well base and nice turning radius. Ride is smooth and comfortable for the younger kids, though for taller/bigger kids the stroller feels a little small in both the front and rear seats. Our 3 year old is in the 90 percentile in weight/height.

Biggest selling point is that the Vibe is amongst the lightest of the double strollers, and it does fold with the double kit attached (albeit it helps to read the extra manual on Regal Lager's website). It fits nicely into a NYC taxi trunk, though it is not as easy as a single stroller - but that's not why you'd buy the Vibe. Handle locking system is "okay" - if you set the handle bar height higher it doesn't lock up by accident so quickly. The one-button stop does come in handy. Would not recommend the Vibe as a single stroller given limited storage, more complicated folding system, and the bit of a bulky feel.

Overall a light, functional, and stylish stroller for multiples at a price.

Review Summary: no shocks!
This stroller has no shocks! Despite being marketed as an all terrain stroller, you only get a very moderate shock absorption from the air inflated tires. I wish I would have realized this before ordering it. Having never seen it in person and with not many reviews out yet I am still considering returning it. But this would actually cost me well over $100 in shipping and return/ restocking fees, so it's a bad deal too. If there's any way: go check it out in person before buying!

In my eyes no shocks are a major flaw for a $700 stroller (with doubles seat) also called the Lexus of SUV strollers.

The other cons are the "ergonomic" handle bar which is too wide and uncomfortable for my (medium sized) hands. My husband doesn't seem to mind it though. It has three positions, low, medium and high.

The folding with the doubles kit is awkward and quite bulky, but I have never had another double stroller before. We are also having trouble with getting the fold locks to close in the folded position, could be just our stroller though. Another problem is that our rear wheel spokes are catching. We are working on getting this resolved.

In order to work the recline feature on the main seat, you need both hands to adjust the belt and the recline feature (in the form of zippers) on the 2nd toddler seat is hardly anything and only suitable for very small toddlers. My 13 months old (she is average tall) barely fits beneath the metal bar going across the top of the seat. If you don't recline it, you can put the cushion over the metal bar and that gives you plenty of (indefinete) somewhat cushioned head room.

The basket underneath is small compared to the one my Graco stroller has and the brake is very sudden and unsuitable for slowig down. A little hard to release, but might need to be broken in some. The shoulder strap pads like on car seats are nice but not removable, which will make it hard to clean them. We got the double mesh sun cover, but I agree that it seems quite claustrophic and dark, not sure our daughter will accept it.

The pros are the well cushioned & removable seats, the adjustable sun canopy and the uniue Toddler - Toddler mode you can use this stroller in. I also like the solid footwell. The design is very modern and eye-catching. With only a few accessories I thought necessary like a parent tray with cup holders, a kids food tray and a sun cover, you are easily spending another $100-$150 making this an $800 plus (double) stroller. For that price I expected it to be close to perfect which it clearly isn't.
